Mr. Frederick W. Foss entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 24, 2020 at the age of 69. He is preceded in death by his sister Joyce, son Scott Foss and daughter Kim Foss. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Adeline Foss-Clarke, Sons; Brian Foss and Maxwell Clarke, Sister; Pat Heaney Dixon and grandchildren; Quin Clarke and Kieran Richardson. Mr. Foss proudly served in the US Army.
