Frederick A. Kelley passed from this life on November 15, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Elizabeth Kelley, Sr. He is survived by his loving wife Deborah, son: Dennis and grandchild: Brayden. He will be greatly missed by numerus other family members and friends.
