Duan R. Hickerson was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana on February 1, 1974, passed from this life on May 30, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Marcelene Hickerson; brothers Edward Hickerson, Kenny Hickerson and Michael Hickerson, and sisters Freda Terry, and Marlene Williams. Duan is survived by his son Dashawn Crisp; brothers Richard Hickerson Jr., Wilbert (Monica) Starks, and Mark (Helen) Hickerson; sisters Terry Starks Hawthorne, Araminta (Ezekiel) Gayos-Vaughns, Stephanie (Juan) Harris and Dorothy Hickerson of Jeffersonville, IN., his special friend Lea Middleton Rhodes, brothers in life John Henry Hansford and Shaddrick Parker, along with numerous family members and friends.
