David C. Medrano was born November 9, 1959 to Jesse and San Juana Medrano and passed away in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas on April 8, 2021 at the age of 61. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Rosa Sanchez Medrano. He is survived by his parents, his son Arthur his wife Sandra Castillo, his beautiful daughters Ruby, Jennifer, and Roxanne, ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, brother Jesse Jr., and his sisters Elsa and Maria. David was a huge Dallas Cowboys and Spurs fan, an excellent provider, and the best tape and float guy around. He will be loved forever and missed tremendously.
