Charlene Kay Blair ( Butler) born in Ashland, OH to Alfred Butler and Thelma Butler (Graves) both deceased.
Preceded in death by her husband Donald Ray Blair, son Donald Ray Blair II. Survived by her Sister Karen Blair ( Butler) daughter Nicole Aseltine (Blair), son Derek Blair, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, niece's, nephews, and many others.
A memorial service is being held at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX on Friday, February 25th 2022 at 3:00 pm. All are welcome.
We will be going to the Asian Buffet afterwards to celebrate her life and share memories.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ASPCA, American Heart association, Cancer research, or her favorite Pitbulls and Parolees rescue
