Benancio Valle Puente

Benancio Puente passed peacefully from this life on May 10, 2023.

Benancio experienced a life full of love, laughter, and amazing achievements. Not only did he serve in the U.S. Army, but he also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He also had a fulfilling career as a professional roofer. With his wife of 45 years, Erma L. Puente, he created a loving and nurturing family environment.

He was a wonderfully Godly husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was also a caring son, brother, and friend. He was a follower of Jesus Christ and loved to tell others the good news.

Benancio is preceded in death by his father Otilio Puente Sr., and mother Maria De La Luz Baez; Joshua Puente, Erasmo Puente, Flor Puente Valero, Cirildo Puente, Martin Puente, Eden Puente (Sandra Puente Lujan). He is survived by his wife Erma L. Puente; sons Benancio Puente Jr. and Aaron Puente; brother Otilio Puente Jr.; sisters Teresa Puente Guerrero, Irma Puente Elizondo, and Celia Puente Lusk; grandchildren Gaby Puente, Valery Puente, and Matthew Puente; great-grandchild Kaelyn Ava Almaguer.
